    Very interesting indeed.

I wonder what the “No” people think of the McCrone Report ?

Perhaps even more interesting is what the 20% “Undecided” will think of it.

    Interesting times ahead in Scotland.

Indeed. That gap is narrowing. If Scotland does vote Yes, by however narrow a margin, then everything changes. I think the general public here, Seán and Síle Citizen, have yet to realise just how much the vote will impact this nation too.

It will dissolve the UK, at least constitutionally. No one seems to be thinking quite how this will impact on Englandandwales. Are the unionist parties simply in denial that it might happen, or do they have some cunning plan up their sleeves? So far only the Labour Welsh First Minster seems to have seen the writing on the wall …

Btw. somewhere on YouTube there’s a documentary anns a’ Ghàidhlig (with subs) on McCrone and other dubious Westminster dealings.

I’d suggest a strong element of denial. However the reaction from London if a positive vote emerges in the referendum may be far more hostile than many suspect. Expect all sorts of legal shenanigans including the possible imposition of a “UK-wide” vote to ratify or nullify the Scottish one. A velvet divorce it will not be.
