The Protestant Coalition, that fundamentalist bastion of British and Protestant militancy, isn’t just worried about uppity Papists and Paddies in Ireland. They also have their watchful eye on the threat from the East – the Middle-east that is.
Helpfully they link to some lovely chaps at Britain First.

Britain First returns the favour by supporting their fellow Nazis (Unis?) in Ireland, even sending over battalions of BFVs!
Oi vey…

They don’t mind poles. Only catholics BF have a problem with is the OIRISH not the recuscants, polish, german or italians. Take michael burleigh for example, he reflects a strand of recuscant opinion in britain

I recognised the name from the book “Blood and Rage” (or cock an’ bull, as I more accurately termed it). Otherwise I know little about him beyond conservative, right-wing writer/journo. Google brought up this though:
“Despite the lingering flutey voiced sentimentality,” he writes, ‘‘Ireland has become a vulgarised version of Essex.”
Well, that is not a million miles away from what I and many others have been arguing for some time now 😉

First, I question whether variations on the name Muhammad are the second most popular name in England and Wales. That sounds like the ultra-nationalist tripe that fanatics use to whip up the easily misled – or those who are all too willing to be misled – and are eager to believe the worst. Over here in the US, the equivalent concern among some is that individuals with the last name of, say, Jones are being outnumbered by those with the last name of Garcia and Rodriguez. Anything to keep the fear-mongering afloat, I suppose. Divide and conquer works every time, I suppose.

If some folk are really worried about being “outbred” by the Mohammeds in England or the Garcias in the US then surely the answer is to get down to business with the most pleasurable form of people politics! 😉
